I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is really convenient with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and functional, and I appreciated the comfortable beds. However, the lack of ventilation and air conditioning was really disappointing, especially for a warm November stay. The service could use some improvement, as the staff were not very accommodating and struggled with English.
